About the role
This role is envisaged to work on specific short term project assignments in the City Logistics Team. This will be focusing on improving productivity, efficiency and best practices to bring in scalable and sustainable process improvements. Incumbent is expected to work closely with multiple stakeholders in the Externalisation charter and fulfil clients expectations in a scalable and sustainable manner.

City Logistics is one of the most dynamic Arm of Non-Large Supply Chain and is responsible for the first mile and last mile function for Ekart. The vision of City Logistics is to Provide best-in-class Customer / Seller / Employee Experience & drives growth through differentiated services, infinite supply that scales non-linearly at right cost.
What youll do:
Evaluate Externalisation processes end to end or specific areas identified to evaluate process gaps and improvement areas
Build a strong process to manage client expectations for Externalisation charter.
Enable strong processes, systems and capabilities to identify operational issues faster and avoid repeat occurrences.
Build a live dashboard on performance of all metrics with auto alerts to clients and respective teams.
Implement value stream mapping across all legs of supply chain for Externalisation process
Identify patterns, analyze trends, assess and understand events, integrate information from teams (Operations & Central Teams) to deep dive into specific area
Identify process bottlenecks / constraints and suggest possible solutions
Balance the short term and long-term goals of the team while working on the project and drive right decision making and performance culture
Lead all communication and collaboration with cross functional teams to maximize the outcome of the project
Adhere to Company standards and policies in addition to all regulatory requirement
What youll need:
Qualification
Bachelors / Masters Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or related fields
3-6 years of Supervisory Experience
Microsoft office Suite
