Your Responsibilities: Grow the business through technical SEO, data analysis, SEO experiments and various optimizations Understand the needs of each department to define the SEO plan Design SEO experiments, test new strategies and opportunities for growth Validate & analyze SEO test results and execute next steps at a fast pace Analyze keyword, traffic, user and business trends to gain insight and take action Expectations in Week 1: Familiarize yourself with current and past SEO strategies and tactics Understand the tools used by us for analysis as well as for adding content & pages to Flexiple Start identifying areas of improvement with a view to prepare a solid SEO roadmap along with the Director of Marketing Expectations in Month 1: Hit the ground running on implementing the SEO strategies per the roadmap decided Exemplify your ability to learn and showcase your problem-solving ability Expectations till Month 3: Measure & track all the efforts to keep course correcting and identifying areas of improvement based on the data Begin showcasing your ability to meet metrics and helping achieve business goals Expectations till Month 6: Complete the successful execution of few SEO strategies Lay down strong processes so that juniors can replicate the success. Expectation in Year 1: Become a core part of the Flexiple team Drive significant impact on growth through SEO Who are you: 3+ years of experience in building an SEO engine for companies Experience in startups preferred Strong communication skills both in written & spoken EnglishExtensive work with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and top SEO tools (such as Ahrefs) Good analytical & quant skills and ability to problem solve to implement strategies from scratch or to scale them Accustomed to working in a metrics-driven environment and success in developing methods to achieve KPI expectations. Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and environments.
