Developer Evangelist (remote) Job in Flexiple

Position Description The role of a Developer Evangelist will be a pivotal part of the branding & marketing team. You will own our entire communication with the developer community, in terms of laying the foundation of building the leading tech publication in the industry and creating a trusted, fun & interesting brand on social media. Responsibilities Manage all tech content and its marketing through our website, newsletter and social media channels Write, edit, and publish high-quality, cutting-edge articles on interesting topics in software development that will engage our developer audience Grow our social accounts on Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram by engaging with the developer community with content that is helpful and fun Organize developer events and take up other initiatives to ensure Flexiple adds value to the engineering community Stay ahead of the curve by following industry trends and reviewing articles published by competitors & media outlets in the space. Expectations in Week 1 Understand our existing efforts around creating content around software development Research the existing market to understand what has worked and note ideas basis that Come up with a few ideas of the unique voice and tone for content across channels Expectations in Month 1 Have a detailed plan created for Flexiple s content across channels Begin actually creating content pieces that are reflective of the plan created Start testing it out on various channels and tracking metrics & growth Expectations till Month 3 Have a strong & established process of content creation (to leverage with addition help from freelancer writers & more) Establish the early signs of a growing presence of Flexiple in the developer community Become Flexiple s expert in all things related to tech content. You will hold a pivotal role in the company s growth story and revenue generation Who are you Interest/ Experience in Tech content & Writing Ownership: You take responsibility for the work you do.
