Job Description:

About the Position:

As we scale, we are looking for a Product Analyst who will shape the direction of FlexiLoans Products by using data-driven insights to identify opportunities and prioritise product and engineering initiatives. This role will work heavily cross-functionally with various departments such as Product, Engineering, Business and Marketing in identifying key usage trends on existing features and new product launches to help drive innovation, feature adoption, and user growth

Key Responsibilities includes:

  • Partner with business & product teams to define goals, identify specific insights/anomalies and monitor key metrics on a day-to-day basis
  • Perform extensive analysis on SQL, Google Analytics & Excel from a product standpoint to provide quick recommendations to the management
  • Establish scalable, efficient and automated processes to deploy data analytics on large data sets across platforms
  • Work closely with the Product Manager to build growth solutions for FlexiLoans
  • Deep dive into qualitative and quantitative data to come up with key insights to scale our growth initiatives
  • Wear multiple hats and support the team with data analytics, internal stakeholder management, user research and creative ideas

Candidate's Profile:

  • Strong background in statistical concepts & calculations to perform analysis/modeling
  • Proficient in SQL and other BI tools like Tableau, Power BI etc.
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics and any other web analytics platforms (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills to analyze large quantum of datasets
  • Ability to work independently and bring innovative solutions to the team
  • Experience of working with a start-up or a product organization (preferred)
  • B.E/ B.Tech with 2 years of experience in similar role
