Job Requirements

• Extensive experience in transforming complex business requirements into functional specifications. Preparing functional documents to show work break down and correct understanding of certain complex requirements.
• Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems and existing systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.
• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing development frameworks and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
• Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in the existing development framework across the organization.
• Create system design proposals., Creates detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) and translate it into functional specifications.
• Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmer.
• Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions.
• Lead demonstrations of newly developed functionality prior to release.
• Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and another post-implementation support
• Performs feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and works with the project management team to prioritizes deliverables, and negotiate on product functionalities.
• Work closely with the onsite clients to Understand the customer s requirement, document business processes, business requirements & to gain a thorough understanding for the development of proposed system and new system design.
• Co-ordinate with vendors to resolve and/or investigate issues and questions.
• Help in preparing RFP, RFI responses.
• Search new opportunities for the product division by doing market research
• Market the company services to prospective clients in India and US
• Facilitate project team to understand functional requirements.
• Act as the liaison between the business users, Customer, subject matter experts, project managers, and the technical team members.

Role & Responsibilities

• The candidate will be reporting to the Project Manager onsite and client s top executives (CEO, CTO etc.)
• The candidate should be flexible, highly adaptable, and excellent team player.
• The candidate should expect to work in a global virtual team spread across North America and India team members, sometimes across multiple time zones.
• The candidate may be assigned to more than one role or project at a time.
