Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:We need multi-tasking people who are ready to work beyond the specified KRA s and are all-rounders. Some of the key skills we are looking for are as below :
- Developing the Business and marketing strategy
- Discovering ways of improving the existing services by developing new business policies
- Identifying target markets and developing strategies to capture those
- Coming up with new ideas to fill any gaps in the existing training and development needs
- Developing innovative strategies to communicate with vendors and build trust
- Maintaining relations and faith of existing customers and keep an eye on any potential customers to capture them
- Organizingthe marketing events and other activities to develop new contacts
Desired Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be a good team player with a self-motivated attitude
- Previous experience of working in online food ordering portal
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts
- Must have good business understanding and passion for sales/marketing
- Must be flexible with travelling across Delhi/ NCR
- Must be punctual and honest to work
