Job Role - UX Copy writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging customer journeys through copy for multiple features and categories to help users to solve their problems, use our product well and have fun interacting with it

• Collaborate with UX designers, product teams, and researchers to craft language systems across a variety of contexts, including UI components, editorial content, help texts & customer support content

• Actively participate in carrying out surveys and testings

• Give meaningful insights to develop engaging customer journeys

• Interact with Product Managers on content for new product releases

• Analyse industry best practices to generate new content ideas and copy

• Create word lists and style guidelines

• Minimum 2 years of experience in crafting clear, concise UI text for the in-product experience on desktop, mobile and notifications across multiple channels
• Experience in managing content style guides and working knowledge of design systems
• Ability to juggle and efficiently deliver in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Knowledge of general UX writing principles & design
• Comfortable working on simultaneous projects & assignments
• Experience creating word lists and (UX writing) content style guides
