Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for identifying and maintaining key alliance relationships to position Tax2win within therespective Alliance organisations.
To identify and develop strategies driving results leading to incremental revenue and profitability forTax2win.
Building long term partnerships with the most prospective clients for Tax2win and measuring theperformance and results from the alliances thereafter.
Introducing Company Services to New Prospect / Clients through Networking, Cold Calls, referrals,Presentations.
Identify decision makers in the companies (potential clients) and set up meetings / calls to introduceour services.
Deepening existing relationships by extension of Product lines.
Incremental client engagement by providing insights on customer behavior online
Analyzing client's performance on Tax2win platform and having regular interactions with the P&L ownersfrom the client side
Being a thought leader for increasing online presence and channel effectiveness of our partners
Concept Selling of multiple path-breaking initiatives and products in the Fintech space
Analyse data trends and client performance, develop solid strategic plans and prepare and conductstrategic pitches and presentations.
Deliver against assigned goals while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to topmanaged clients.
Skills/Competencies/Experience:
Qualification: MBA or any other equivalent degree
Manage the Overall Development of the organisation & coordinating the various processes and functions.
Experience in lead generation / BD / Market Research.
Good Communicator and Strong Influencer.
Develop presentations, arrange meetings, follow up and close business with clients/ stakeholders.
Understand a prospect's business needs and develop a tailored proposal.
Travel across India and outside, as per business requirement.
