Job Summary
- 2+ years Business Analysis experience
- Experience of working with Salesforce applications either as a Business Analyst or System Administrator (Sales Cloud, CPQ)
- At least 2 years' experience working with any of the following: Lead-to-Cash, Opportunity Management, Quoting, Contracts and Renewals processes
- Experience working in agile scrum teams
- Ability to take a systematic and analytic approach to problem solving, whilst paying close attention to the detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate concisely and clearly
- Ability to break down technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across the enterprise
- Solid technical aptitude specific to core CRM technologies, Lightning Platform, Automation and AppExchange
- Track record of successful customer-facing engagements, self-starting skills.
- A high degree of proficiency using Microsoft tools
- Working knowledge of Jira or other scrum tools
- Applicants should be willing to support global product deployments, working across different time zones.
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline required (or equivalent work experience).
- Should be flexible with timings
