The Responsibilities: The role includes provision of a combination of the following services depending on the employee s specific responsibilities; services include but are not limited to:1. Ensure timely billing as per SLA and ownership of Legal entities Billing 2. Liaison with Business Analysts and/or internal / external customers to ensure that requirements are understood3. Maintain accurate information on billing in the system (Sales Force and NetSuite)4. Production of accurate, unambiguous error free billing 5. Ensure work is delivered as per approved guidelines and process manual Always meeting the monthly timelines6. Providing inputs for VAT returns7. Process Improvement and Work on Projects Strategic Goals & Deliverables: Ensure timely billing as per SLA and ownership of Legal entities assigned Maintain accurate information on billing in the system (Sales Force and NetSuite) Generate and send all invoices for Finastra group - Bill Right, First Time, Every Time Resolves billing issues arising from actions or events involving administrative functions throughout the process from sale to billing of the customer Ensure month end activities are delivered as per approved guidelines Primary Competencies: Typically 3-6 years experience Excellent communication skills - Verbal & Written Prior experience in billing or Accounts Receivables Prior experience in Billing/Invoicing in a similar SSC environment Should be able to collaborate and be action oriented Should have good communication skills and interpersonal skills
