Responsibilities: ? Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their data visualization needs, translating them into effective Tableau dashboards and reports. ? -Design and develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Tableau Desktop, leveraging advanced features and techniques. ? Utilize your strong SQL skills to perform data analysis, write complex queries, and manipulate data for use in Tableau visualizations. ? Optimize Tableau workbooks and dashboards for performance, considering data volume, complexity, and user experience. ? Architect data models and ETL processes to integrate data from various sources into Tableau, ensuring data quality and consistency. ? Stay updated with the latest Tableau features, functionalities, and industry trends, and apply them to enhance our data visualization capabilities. ? Create and maintain documentation, including data definitions, data sources, and visualization guidelines. ? Act as a subject matter expert in Tableau and SQL, providing guidance and recommendations on data visualization techniques, tools, and strategies. Must Have: ? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Tableau are highly desirable. ? Proven experience as a Tableau Developer (10+), with a strong portfolio showcasing advanced Tableau dashboards and reports. ? Strong expertise in SQL, including complex query writing, data manipulation, and data analysis. ? Expert-level proficiency in Tableau Desktop, including data connection, calculaations, parameters, and advanced visualization techniques. ? In-depth understanding of data modeling concepts, ETL processes, and data blending techniques. ? Solid knowledge of data visualization best practices, including color theory, layout design, and storytelling. ? Experience with data integration from various sources, such as relational databases,spreadsheets, and APIs. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective visualizations. ? Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
