Job Title Principal Architect

The Purpose of This Role

Principal Architect will work with our business partners in FPAIT and help them building and maintaining future proof data and analytical applications in a hands-on role

• Actively participating in planning, defining and designing data and bi/analytics Product/Applications, working with business partners/technical designers/leaders/developers / fellow architects as required
• Actively participating in product release cycle, code review, design optimization etc.
• Evaluating and recommending technology and frameworks for enhancing flexibility, long-term viability, and time to market
• Providing guidance, training and mentoring to enable other team members to meet/exceed expectations
• Building quality solutions that align with the firm's technology blueprint and best practices to solve business problems by driving design, development and ongoing support.

The Skills that are Key to this role

Technical / Behavioral

• You will have a proven experience in designing and building scalable and cost-effective data and analytics solutions on both on-prem and cloud
• You will have good database modeling Skills with knowledge on at least one modeling tool such as Informatica Power Designer or equivalent
• You would have proven work record in at-least one of the reporting tools on-prem and on cloud
• You would be able to design a data and/or BI solution on prem or on cloud end to end
• You would have hands on experience in handling large volumes of data migration, storage and processing in one of the cloud data solutions
• You would be able to create/maintain/update concepts, how tos and best practices on the tool/process/application you work on
• You will have a good understanding of one or more cloud service providers eco system

• You will have a good understanding on how to use python for automation/data analysis/engineering

The Expertise Were Looking For

• 10+ years of IT experience
• Graduate
• Minimum 3 years of experience as architect with prior experience as tech/solution designer in Data and/or Business Intelligence and Analytics
• Experience in providing solutions through direct interaction with clients
• Cloud certifications / TOGAF

Location : Chennai Ramanujan IT City / TRIL

Shift timings: 11:00 am - 8:00pm
