The Purpose of This Role

This role is within FFIO Production Support Team, which is under Enterprise Infrastructure Business Unit. As a Lead Software Engineer, one will play a pivotal role and work collaboratively with Development & Business Operations teams to solve complex challenges using key technologies and tools as levers.

The Value You Deliver

Lead software Engineer for FFIO Production Support Team will be responsible to ensure daily critical batch cycles SLAs are met, Application support deliveries are delivered on time, working on Incidents and Change by following Fidelity best practices / methodologies.

Collaborate with upstream/downstream partners, development/product teams and business teams as required to handle issues. Drive Initiatives such as Incident Reduction, Batch Cycle Optimization, Coordinating OS patching and Infra upgrades, Handle Crisis, Scale and Efficiency, Disaster Recovery Planning & Execution and Holiday Processingetc.

Report on daily issues and SLA breaches to management. Collaborate with Tribe and Squad leads to prioritize production related stories.

The Skills that are Key to this role

Technical

• Good working experience on Incident, Change and Problem Management
• Good knowledge on Application and Batch Cycle Maintenance, preferably on the FBSI domain
• Experience with Unix, Shell scripting, Oracle PL/SQL, Web services and Control-M
• Working experience in tools like Service Now, HPOO and Tableau
• Having knowledge on Cloud and Devops pipeline would have a plus

• Knowledge on ITIL process - Incident, Change and Release Management

The Expertise Were Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related subject.
• 7+ years of IT Experience.
• Financial services experience preferred.
