Job Title Lead Software Engineer Full Stack (Tech Lead: 5 - 8 years of experience - Grade 5)

We are expecting the software engineer who poses following skill set:

• Design and build Java and Angular components for the product which suffices good quality in terms of architectural metrics.
• Define, maintain and support development environment while adopting industry best practices and tools
• Ensures code reviews, unit testing and integration testing is completed efficiently and effectively
• Help coordinate the delivery of technical components across internal/external technical teams.
• Coordinate multiple development work streams through integration and ensures architecture is scalable and extensible
• Mastery of professional practices and methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Test Driven Development, Pair Programming, Code Reviews, Refactoring Techniques)

• Web Front end skills Angular 2+

• Oracle / PL-SQL / Hibernate
• CI/CD tools such as Shell scripting, Maven, Git/Stash, Jenkins, Artifactory, uDeploy etc.
• Exposure using application servers like WebSphere, Tomcat etc.
• Exposure / experience in cloud tech, docker / Kubernetes, PCF, AWS
• Self-motivation to get things done and deliver on team commitments.
• Strong understanding of our systems, customers, and business goals as it pertains to the assigned vertical

Our team provides technology services in the area of development, maintenance, and quality assurance and production support of mission critical brokerage applications. The FBT platform, we support is used by 300+ Correspondent banks, 5000+ Investment Advisors, 12 million+ retail customers and 130+ hedge funds and is capable of handling over 1 million trades per day amounting to 300 million shares. The FBT India team is distributed across Chennai and Bangalore

The Expertise Were Looking For

• 5-8 years of experience. Completed three or more projects on commercially available applications.
• B.E./B Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
