Job Summary
Job Description:
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners expectations.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
- Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
- Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
- Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
- Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
- Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.
- Directly reports to a CSMO (Chief Sales and Marketing Officer)
- Build and Manage strategic partners across geographies / across domains / across business practice
- Explore new ways to reach out to our target audience by identifying new social networks & means
- Communicate regularly with partners and build up contents / collaterals as required
- Create metrics for partners and evaluate mutual growth
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns to generate revenue for the organization
- Follow and participate in social media conversations relating to our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads, customers, and new audiences.
The Successful Applicant
- 2-6 years experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, Alliances or Partnership Programs
- Experience partnering with SI/Consulting firms to build joint go to market joint solutions or Business development or direct sales (quota carrying) background
- Proven track record of enterprise sales and partnerships experience, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of selling software development solution services through partners to the enterprise market
- Hardworking, Articulate & Passionate.
