Job Summary

Job Description:

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners expectations.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
  • Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
  • Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
  • Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.
  • Directly reports to a CSMO (Chief Sales and Marketing Officer)
  • Build and Manage strategic partners across geographies / across domains / across business practice
  • Explore new ways to reach out to our target audience by identifying new social networks & means
  • Communicate regularly with partners and build up contents / collaterals as required
  • Create metrics for partners and evaluate mutual growth
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns to generate revenue for the organization
  • Follow and participate in social media conversations relating to our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads, customers, and new audiences.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-6 years experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, Alliances or Partnership Programs
  • Experience partnering with SI/Consulting firms to build joint go to market joint solutions or Business development or direct sales (quota carrying) background
  • Proven track record of enterprise sales and partnerships experience, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of selling software development solution services through partners to the enterprise market
  • Hardworking, Articulate & Passionate.
