Job Summary

Prerequisites of the role:

  • The incumbent should have a valid passport
  • The incumbent should be ready to migrate out of India to a decided country (Malaysia/Indonesia/Philippines/Kuwait). The incumbent will be trained in India (Head Office) for 3-6 Months.
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in Ecommerce culture and employee value, world-class customer experience, growth and profitability. Building the Online team (Category & Pricing).

Purpose:

This role is for the e-Commerce division, the incumbent in this role will help us establish the brand presence in newly identified geography in line with FNPs Mission & values - Drive demand (Customers), Operations, Order fulfilment, Revenue Maximization, supply ( Vendors ), logistics teams to deliver best in class customer experience and growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • You will frame the strategies, Business Plan, Setup and lead the team to deliver strong culture and employee value, world-class customer experience, growth and profitability.

  • Building effective Annual Business Plan and forecasts, in conjunction with all the stakeholders and departments, for driving Business. Deliver Revenue Target, Market Share and NPS (Net Promotor Score)
  • Developing an Online channel/Category setting the product, pricing, and promotion strategy. Manage the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns.
  • Responsible for managing the Web portal which means management of the user, experience of the online sales including site navigation, content, checkout funnel & promotional campaigns.
  • Work with creative and localized teams to define online merchandising processes to suit local needs.
  • Utilize reporting (conversion, funnel, etc.) data & analytics to improve business performance and inform merchandising strategies to drive growth.
  • Manage Revenue and Gross Profit Targets for E-commerce and grow the business digital interventions for the Country.
  • Campaign Analytics Strategies & implementation for maximizing revenues and customer experience.
