Roles and Responsibilities

We are currently seeking Trading Ops with relevant experience in financial services sector in our India Research and Development Center.

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to work with world-class trading, IT and research teams based in New York, Paris and Bangkok.

Job Responsibility:

• Work closely with global team members to enhance existing systems.
• Support trading applications.
• Perform monitoring of trading activity, production systems and processes across all regions (US, EU and APAC) and support global trading operations.

General Skills:

• Understanding of financial concepts and understanding of full life cycle of a trade is necessary including pre-trade and post-trade functions such as Corporate Action Processing, Trade Reconciliations, etc.
• Prior experience in working for a trading firm in a similar role.
• Should Understand P&L calculations, Equity Swaps, Currency hedging, Stock reference data(ticker, sedol, isin and cusip)
• Able to think independently and creatively
• Close attention to detail and ability to work to very high standards
• Good communication and team building skills in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work with global teams in a collaborative mode
• Proficiency Linux Platforms is a plus
• Demonstrated willingness to perform production monitoring and support trading systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Finance, Statistics, or Mathematics or Computer Science, Engineering, or Econometrics or in STEM specialties.
• Hedge Fund, Asset Management or Proprietary trading background a plus
• 2-3 years relevant experience desirable.
