Description : Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mock-ups Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g., responsiveness) Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience Create concepts, wireframes, and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences. An experienced user of design software such as Figma, Zeplin, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a must. Good grasp of HTML(5), CSS(3), and JavaScript basic skills. Use A/B testing to make design improvements.

Profile : Must know HTML, CSS and Bootstrap. Knowledge on LESS, SCSS and SASS is preferable. Working knowledge with Frontend frameworks like Angular/React is preferable Must have JavaScript and jQuery basics Must know A/B testing Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Figma, Zeplin) Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma Good time-management skills BSc in Design(with coding skills), Computer Science or relevant field Should be able to understand and work on running projects. Should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Should be able to work as a team player.
