Job Summary

What You'll Do:

  • Engineer for Reliability: Apply software engineering principles to operational functions, from initial design to ongoing optimization.
  • Deploy and Integrate: Deploy and integrate PAM and PEM solutions to enhance security and minimize privileged access.
  • Support and Maintain: Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of PAM and PEM technologies.
  • Scale and Automate: Scale PAM and PEM systems through automation, improving efficiency and security.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve: Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to unauthorized access, account misuse, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to design robust access control frameworks and improve services.
  • Monitor and Optimize: Utilize observability and data skills to proactively monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
  • Implement Security Best Practices: Enforce security best practices to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge bases.
  • On-Call Responsibilities: Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering or site reliability engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
  • Hands-on experience with PAM and PEM technologies.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code frameworks (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell).
  • Deep understanding of identity protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and SaaS solutions (ServiceNow, O365).
  • Knowledge of SLI/SLO and observability tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

BS/BA or equivalent work experience
