- Responsible for making Budgets.
- Take care of profit & loss for the branch.
- Ensure TAT of each business line.
- Excellent channel satisfaction by delivering timely services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Buffer management at branch.
- Branch profitability by generating revenue.
- Monitoring service.
- Ensure timely scrap management.
- Technical update and give it to team members.
- Well verse with organization product knowledge.
