What will you do?

• Develop strategies for Websites performance, optimization and improvements which helps to convert more leads.
• Responsible for Marketing collateral s, document design improvements and it s overall presentation.
• Handle website update on regular basis and optimizing pages, call-to-actions and other stuff for higher conversions.
• Responsible for designing new strategies for effective engagement and lead conversion.
• Design email campaigns and develop plan to increase open ratio.
• Maintain graphics quality for company s branding and promotion strategies which include websites, press releases, blogs and social media.
• Responsible for revenue report develop plan for reducing time and mistakes.
• Develop and manage productivity and leading design team for producing effective design continuously on a regular basis.
• Responsible for task allocation and effective resource utilization to meet deadlines through prioritization.
• Setting up and helping team to set proper goals which can be beneficial to company.
• Coming up with constant enhancements and improvements in team processes as and when needed.
• Monitoring team performance through various parameters. Helping them increase their productivity through best solutions.
• Develop best practice and guidelines for the design team.
• Coordinating with different teams for the best results.
• Manage and monitor product enhancement from concept to design, wireframe, implementation, testing and after testing process to improve user experience.
• Responsible for managing and implementing activities through research, strategic planning and implementation.
• Develop simple, effective technical delivery processes to improve the production of design deliverables to time/cost/quality.
• Ensure required quality checking/approval procedures are carried out.
• Ensure design teams adapt and make effective use of standard products.

What does it need?

• 5-6 Years of Experience in Web Designing and Experience of leading a team is preferred.
• Overall experience in Web Design is preferred.
• Should be a team player and able to manage a team of 5-7 web designers.
• Good in English communication.
