Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.

Resolving customer query quickly and efficiently.

Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.

A team player with leadership skills.

Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:-

Should be good in communication both in Verbal Communication

Self-motivated

Sound Knowledge of English and Hindi.

Minimum qualification requirement

Preferred - BPO skill with 1+ years experience

Required - High school or equivalent or higher education

Preferred - Located in Ghansoli Location

Preferred - Good command over English
