Location: Bang/Hyderabad

What You ll Do

You will be the first point of contact for our clients in resolving technical related inquiries
Responsibilities:

  • To resolve software & application issues for the customers
  • End to End resolution of customer issues and escalate if necessary
  • Work with other Technical & Engineering teams
  • To manage inquiries timely and efficiently

What We re Looking For

  • 3 -5 years of expertise in Technical support
  • Hands on SQL/ORACLE/ETL tools
  • Must have active listening skills
  • Strong Debugging skills
Experience Required :

3 to 6 Years
