Activities :

Execute Serviceability improvements thru Remote Diagnostics, Logging requirements & reviews, CSIP task specs, Preparing CAT Patterns & Big Data models.

To create the product service information along with Technical Writers.

To write validation test cases & validate the serviceability of the product.

Develops service innovation concepts, Executes SI feasibility studies e.g. HoloLens, FFT Apps etc.

Technical Skills :

Worked with Customer Service function for Imaging systems / Worked as System , HW, FW designer for Imaging systems / other large Mechatronic Medical device (e.g. ventilator, Dialysis etc.), Academically very good scores/ very good engineering basics, strong in RCA (root cause analysis).

Behavioral Skills :

Innovative (Out of box thinking ), Plans to grow thru Technical growth path, preferably do not plan to pursue growth as people mgmt.
