Job Summary Experience: 5 years

Responsibilities:

  • Develop content strategies for planning, development, and management of content.
  • Consistently brainstorm and collaborate with other team members and departments for new ideas and strategies.
  • Conduct research and analysis on various topics related to IT.
  • Closely follow Industry updates & take note of relevant details for our blogs and articles.
  • Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product/service information into simple, polished, and engaging content.
  • Write, edit, publish technical content for websites, blogs, and social media posts.
  • Dive in and experience the product/solutions in order to create the best case-studies.
  • Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies.
  • Identify gaps in the content library; develop new content to address gaps.
  • Write for a variety of audiences, from non-technical end-users to programmers, system administrators, and integrators.

    • Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience 5 years of relevant experience in an IT firm
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Publisher
  • Microsoft Visio
  • Analytical, creative with a passion for writing.
  • Excellent communication skills in English with impeccable grammar
  • Ability to deliver high-quality documentation while paying attention to details.
  • Ability to align ideas and branding strategies as and when needed.
  • Excellent research and interview skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Good understanding of content management systems.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with quality in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and in a team with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to work.

    • Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant technical field degree in computer science/ English literature/ Engineering.
  • Mass Communication, business communication, and Journalism B-tech degree
  • M.A. in English with a certificate in Technical Writing.
  • Degree in Writing, English, Journalism, Communication, Information Design, or related field.
