Job Summary
Experience:
- Experience in the Mortgage industry preferred.
- Bachelor s Degree is required, and/or a minimum of four (4) + related work experience.
Job Description:
- Contributes to enhancing automated monitoring and alerting capabilities, possible integration with enterprise monitoring and alerting system, standardize monitoring and alerting policies and templates.
- Works independently in a fast-paced environment on complex issues.
- Ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works as a production support engineer with a heavy focus on ensuring data integration jobs complete successfully to meet business operational requirements.
- Collaborates with the Data Engineering team to understand current processes and workflows in order to deliver and support internal users and business users.
- Develops, supports, and maintains automated monitoring and alerting solutions.
- Identify and analyzes job failures, identify root causes and collaborate with teams to determine permanent fixes solutions.
- Reviews automation error logs and addresses the root cause of the error.
- Conducts a wide range of complex quality-control tests and analyses to ensure that solution is performing at optimal capacity.
- Reviews monitoring and alerting policies, standards and procedures and make recommendations for change.

- ETL (SSIS/Informatica Cloud) and RDBMS
- Mandatory
