Job Summary

Job Description

  • Collate prospective leads and reach clients via telephone to pitch the initiative, value & benefits in order to reach and exceed the budgeted sponsorship target for each project

  • Research and develop a list of potential sponsors for each conference

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential sponsorship clients and exhibitors to up-sell & cross-sell;

  • Keep precise records of conversations with all clients, sponsors and exhibitors for future reference and follow ups.

  • Timely update the progress of account management, calls and client coordination on the CRM

  • Coordinate with the various departments including finance, credit control, branding, marketing & operations to ensure the deliverables to the clients are duly met

  • Assist in preparing promotional material to advertise sales opportunities;

  • Maintain knowledge of conference timelines and sponsorship deadlines;

  • Professionally represent Exito at all times.
