The incumbent will be a part of the EIL in house IT team and will be involved in primary user support in SAP ( C4C Core area as well as S&D ). End to end delivery of projects, Requirement gathering, technical and Functional documentation, process mapping configuration, UAT preparation, rollouts, User training and documentation, User issue resolution and bug fixing.
Skills and Competencies:
Good hands on configuration knowledge of SAP C4C and SD module in S4 HANA and SAP Cloud, FIORI, and integration knowledge between SAP products.
Educational Qualifications:
B.Tech / M.tech / MBA and SAP C4C certification
Experiences:
SAP Experience- Minimum 5 years in SD & C4C .
Domain experience Minimum 2 years
Implementation: minimum three end-to-end including support projects
