Job Summary
  • To resolve all complaints in constructive way in all Segments in shortest time followed by effective warranty administration.
  • Self-training and training of all the members of our Service Team and the Channel Partners giving Technical Trainings and how to handle the complaints in a constructive way by the Service Technicians, thus contributing to Company's profit and image in the market.
  • To focus on Service Earnings & getting AMCs by providing Pro-Active services. Sending Offers for Service jobs correctly, taking care of commercial implications.
  • Timely raising of Sales Orders, Service & Spares Invoices
  • Taking care of arrangement of Spares, packing, timely despatch of Spares & prompt Services to the customers / Regions /Branches
  • To provide proper Service Support to the Regions /Branches / and monitor resolution of the jobs in time, if required visit complaint site.
  • Conducting 'On the Job Training for the Technicians of Indian Railways and other Customers, as per requirement
  • Visit to various sites on reactive jobs and proactive visits. If required along with Regional Service to complete the job, to the entire satisfactions of the Customers
  • Placement of Service Technicians (Both on payroll & Service Contractors) from Corporate Service, inclusive checking of bills and arranging payments
  • Take up the Product problems at Factory, suggest solution to arrest recurrence, subject to R&D approval
  • Administrative handling of Courier Service, monitoring timely delivery of Spares and processing their bills for payment.
