Job Summary
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design and/or curriculum development
- Perform a training needs analysis, scope projects, and define the most appropriate training approach and content.
- Structuring and organizing content in a way that makes it easy to learn.
- Independently create storyboards, audio and video scripts, job aids, scenarios and case studies, learning activities, online course content, web applications, infographics, learning assessments, and user guides using sound instructional design theory.
- Analyzing content and requirements, framing the learning objectives, and developing course content.
- Writing Storyboards
- Visualizing the presentation
- Interfacing with SME, clients, and the production team
Experience Required :
