Description:
Responsible for implementing the company's social media strategy and for creating content that drives the brand and engages customers. Manages all the social media channels of all the clients through Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google+, etc. Also, ensures the latest updates about the company branding on social media platforms to maximize customer reach.
Skill:
- Relevant experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Good knowledge of research requirements for Social Media Strategy.
- Knowledge of tools like hub spot, business suite from Facebook, etc.
- Hands-on experience in Canva will be preferred. Any additional editing software is a plus. (ex photoshop, illustrator, etc.)
- Knowledge of paid campaigns on social media.
- In-depth understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithm changes, and stay abreast with the latest trends.
- Good communication, interpersonal & organizational skills.
- Ability to manage, prioritize multiple issues, and multi-task.
Requirement:
- Implement social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
- Setting up and optimizing both the company pages
- Monitor Social Media trends & influencers and timely respond to any mentions/comments over social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others, and engage with the social media users.
- Produce consistent brand message across all the social media channels to engage followers with regular company updates.
- Ensure optimization of social media content in an effective way.
- Create and promote the company blog and articles on a weekly basis.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Ensure that the creatives produced are both visually attractive and compelling enough to make a sale.
- Monitor the competitor activities and develop reports within social media spaces.
