Senior It Infrastructure Manager Job in Examity Inc.

Key Deliverables of the Role

• Lead day to day IT Infrastructure team in 24 7 IT operations in cloud SaaS environment
• Ensure a high SLA with customers by leading team during outages and careful, detailed reporting
• Manage multiple IT vendors and managed service providers
• Work closely with US based technology team to align on shared goals
• Build monitoring and review mechanisms including monitoring of SLAs for the outsourced vendors
• Lead teams on quickly diagnosing production outages through to resolution, as well as reporting on issues
• Ensure accurate reporting of environment state to executive management
• Hands on assistance in troubleshooting Cloud issues, including SQL server based databases
• Enforce security and compliance
• Evaluate new technology vendors
• Work closely with developer teams to ensure product delivery and performance

Critical Competencies

• Knowledge & experience of IT infrastructure technologies, networking technology including various standards, frameworks
• Knowledge of public clouds, specifically AWS or Azure
• Scripting: Python, bash, Powershell, etc.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloudformation, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Salt, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong on solution design
• Team player
• Responsible, self-motivated, and confident
• Should be able to independently drive projects
• Having management experience managing a team of 8+
• Having worked with a multi-national company
• Having worked in a product company providing a SaaS based solution

Qualification & Experience

• BE/BTech
• Certification in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience: 8-12 years of experience in complex IT infrastructure operations management
