Job Summary
Position Overview
The Center Manager at Examity India leads multiple internal functional groups to ensure service delivery, per the requirements of Examity s clients. This position gives the opportunity to play a key role in scaling an industry pioneer.
Essential Duties
- Participate in planning activities to scale operational capacity with business needs.
- Create and control quality assurance programs across the facility.
- Oversee new employee training and onboarding.
- Guide support leads and supervisors in improving the performance of their teams.
- Coordinate with the human resources and corporate services teams to ensure employees adhere to company policies.
- Develop financial models for planning and budgeting.
- Engage with our accounting team payroll, AP/AR, and human resources.
- Work with Examity s proctoring team to deliver best-in-class online experiences and promote first-call resolution and timely response to test-taker inquiries.
Requirements
- 5-10 years relevant work experience.
- Track record of managing larger operational centers functioning 24/7.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- A proven track record in business or project planning.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in academics and profession.
- History of data-driven decision making.
- Experience of working in IT or ITES.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Must be able to work in India, visa support will not be supported
