Job Description:

  • Responsibility to generate business from the sales leads received, cold calling, references, existing customers etc and meeting monthly sales targets
  • Responsibility to generate business from the AMC sales leads received, cold calling, references, existing customers etc and meeting monthly AMC sales targets.
  • To achieve targets as assigned at the beginning of the FY
  • Meeting Customers, Taking feedback from clients & closing deals.
  • Demo to be provided to clients.
  • Preparing & submitting the proposal to prospects and follow up for the same and closing the sale.
  • Increasing sales funnel and to keep business growing
  • Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers business requirements.
  • Being responsible and accountable towards achieving assigned individual targets.
  • Good at presentation and demonstrations
  • Should be sales oriented.
  • Processing of orders received.
  • Participate in conferences, shows, exhibitions when appropriate and requested.
  • End to End management of the client through the completesales Hand holding the client throughout the process. Pitching the right product to the right client. Resolving all his queries, ensuring that he his completely convinced about oursalesoffering.

Desired profile of the candidate:Must be from IT industry, or Software sales or Time attendance, HRMS, payroll solution.Willing to travel outside of Mumbai.

Skills required:Good negotiations skills and communication (verbal and written) essential.
