Job Summary 1. Monitoring the running of project as scheduled.
2. Analysing the work, if it meets the criteria of acceptance.
3. Analysing the feedback/requirement of the project.
4. Planning utilization of assigned resources and work.
5. Record and analyse the data for the work done by the team and prepare performance charts.
6. Collaborating with the training team to develop modules for the project requirement.

Required Candidate profile

Candidate must have laptop/system with broadband connection.
1. Excellent conceptual skill-set in analyzing data. Stronghold on different accounting topics and sub-topics.
2. Good written and verbal communication skills
3. Task-oriented and self-directed with the ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
4. Able to remain detail-oriented while working at high volume.
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
6. Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly.
7. Strong capabilities in the G-Suite and/or Microsoft Office (Excel).
Experience and Qualification Required:CA (Completed), MBA in Accounting and Finance or M.Com from regular College with good grades.
Experience - 1 to 2 years in the field of academic quality assurance/6 months to 1-year experience as Team Leader in academic industry
