Job Summary
Responsibilities at Evalueserve: - Oversee the end-to-end monitoring, testing, quantitative analysis, and governance review of regression-based models, including factor models. - Gather business requirements, design and implement solutions, configure analytics, conduct quality assurance testing, and deliver detailed reports. - Perform checks for conceptual soundness and assess assumptions, limitations, and model frameworks. - Collaborate closely with Business and Functional teams to understand analytics needs and translate them into effective solutions. - Play a key role in delivering data-driven insights to leadership by utilizing analytical tools and techniques. - Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of input data. - Possess a strong knowledge base in Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, and relevant statistical methods. - Have in-depth knowledge of Machine Learning and programming languages such as Python and R. - Experience in data analysis, data preparation, and model building. - Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation reports. - Lead and mentor a team of analysts. - Support model owners with findings and related inquiries. Qualifications We Seek: - Bachelor s degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. - Deep understanding of statistics, statistical tests, linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and related tools and techniques. - 2 to 7 years of experience in regression analysis and modeling. - Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB, and skilled in data analysis tools like SQL, Excel, or Tableau. - Certifications or coursework in Statistics from esteemed institutions, such as ISI, would be advantageous. - Strong collaboration and communication skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilities to create effective analytical solutions. - A strong sense of teamwork, ownership, and accountability. - Analytical and conceptual thinking skills. - Project management and leadership qualities.
