Job Description Software skill AutoCAD, CREO 5.0 hand on experience Press tool design (Sheet metal) 3D CAD, 2D Detailing and verification Fixture design (Assembly, Welding ) 3D CAD, 2D Detailing Gauge design (Relation gauge, ) 3D CAD, 2D Detailing Tool DFMEA Knowledge about the selection of Material for Tooling Experience in Progressive tool, Stage tool, Forming , Bending . Experience in defining the process for the Sheet metal components Experience in Press tool calculations . Blank development of bending and forming sheet metal component. Creating BOM for Tooling, Fixtures and Gauges Planning and monitoring of Tool development and trials Knowledge on Process work sheet creation for Tooling Knowledge about manufacturing process Drilling, Milling, CG, SG, Wire cut, Hardening . Co-ordination with team and supplier for Projects activities. Sourcing of new suppliers and developing them towards long term association. Candidate Profile: NTTF/ GTTC/ CTTC/BE/DME/Post diploma in tool design Minimum 4 to 6 years relevant experience in Press tools/Gauges/Jigs & Fixture Male candidates up to 32 years of age Tool manufacturing knowledge Thorough about process capability Communication skill
