Job Description Responsibilities: Conduct financial analysis, including analyzing financial statements, financial ratios, and other financial metrics, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the overall business objectives, taking into account market trends, competitive landscape, and internal data. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, including developing annual budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses, and monitoring budget variances. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders, providing clear and concise insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners to provide financial expertise and support decision-making on strategic initiatives, investments, and operational improvements. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations, and identify and mitigate financial risks. Review Accounts Receivables, Collections, Maintaining DSO below budgets, vendor payment systems / terms etc. Continuously monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement financial controls and processes to optimize financial results. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications such as CA, MBA, or CPA may be preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, and financial reporting. Strong proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong understanding of financial regulations, internal controls, and risk management practices. Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, financial modeling software, and Microsoft Office suite.
