Job Summary

Technical Project Manager

Essential Skills:

  • Project Planning and management
  • Ability to multi-task and be well organized
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Exposure to ERP or similar Enterprise Applications Implementation lifecycle or Retail Management Software lifecycle
  • Certification in Project management: PMP, PRINCE 2 or equivalent
  • People management skills

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of Retail Industry Applications and Processes
  • Retail Industry knowledge is preferred

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and educate fellow team members
  • Project Manager is responsible for the development of advanced and high quality deliverables, on-time and within budget to meet client expectations
  • Develop and manage project plans, gather business requirements and coordinate with other team leads to map business processes
  • Conduct GAP analysis and develop functional and technical specifications for any changes required
  • Manage and allocate resources
  • Ability to delegate, supervise, and develop junior consultants
  • Project Managers are also expected to build and maintain new client relationships and to translate those relationships into long-term benefits for ETP Consulting
  • Design and develop superior technical approaches and solutions which satisfy clients business needs
  • Creation and implementation of innovative and useful tools to be used by ETP Consulting team
  • Understanding and leveraging expert knowledge about relevant ETP and 3rd party technology
