Job Summary
  • Around 10+ years experience in Salesforce / CRM project management with end to end project implementation and good hands-on experience of entire SDLC with exposure to Agile project management strategies
  • Experience in handling daily scrums, sprint planning, documentation and sprint ceremonies coupled with understanding business problems and use case transformations / user stories, backlog grooming in PMS platform like JIRA
  • Experience in managed services and application support metrics and lead defect triages with customer / stakeholders
  • Has knowledge of working principles of salesforce ecosystems like sales cloud, service cloud, force.com platform and declarative solutions together with knowledge of implementing CPQ, FSL and salesforce mobile application
  • Understanding of Apex programming and Integration parameters (SOAP API and REST API)
  • Experience of working principles of DevOps and CI/CD parameters and experience in deployments and validations
  • Experience in providing leadership information in terms of WSR, MSR, qualitative and strategic initiatives, technical and business road maps, SWOT analysis
  • Should have experience in reviewing and validating technical design documents, RCAs, work notes, case closures, knowledge articles, release notes
  • Should have excellent communication attributes and stakeholder handling capabilities during sprint planning, grooming, user demonstrations, scrum calls, defect triage meetings, UAT handholding and post deployment communication with clients
  • Should have experience in facilitating internal audits, project and company compliance and should have hands-on experience in managing project governance with tools / templates
