Roles & Responsibilities:

• To assist, advise and support to business for their specific legal queries and legal documentation requirements
• Drafting, vetting, review of corporate credit documentation like Loan agreements including syndication and consortium documentation., security documents like mortgage deeds, pledge agreements.
• Addressing queries (raised by internal stakeholders) from legal perspective
• Analysing and assessing business processes, identifying issues and proposing pragmatic solutions while possessing a strong legal and business judgement.
  

Requirements:

• LL. B Experience Essential 2 to 4 years preferably in Banking and Finance Sector
• Sound legal knowledge of law and good understanding of banking industry /banking business
• Should be able to draft, negotiate & execute financial documents like loan, bonds & commodities
• Competence in broad range of corporate and business laws
• Should have great people skills who can effectively and efficiently collaborate and build relationship with business clients at all level throughout
• Skilled in excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
