Job Description
- Strong awareness of the Grievance management and Regulations around it.
- Acknowledge on call and then resolve customer grievances.
- Following up with internal and external stakeholders to get cases resolved on priority
- Do root cause analysis of all complaints and share the errors at various departments
- To prepare internal as well as Regulatory reports of customer grievances team
- Ensure that Compliance policies are adhered to while processing Grievances.
- Ensure end to end resolution for our customers
- Do root cause analysis to ensure that errors are not repeated in future
- Communicate with customers over call and email to address their grievances.
- Conducting huddles, briefings/de-briefings, trainings and presentations
- Have an attitude to support the team in times of need
- Keeping track of Turnaround times
- Ensure 95% above quality scores
- Resolving complaints to customers satisfaction
Salary : 1,00,000 - 3,00,000 P.A.
Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience Required :
3 to 8 Years
