Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring technology support for business operations with Coordination of IT team.
Adherence to operations process and polices.
Provide technical support to operations team to ensure high level of customer experience.
Generation and automation of various types of report and MIS.
UAT management and implementation of new changes in system.
To facilitate digital transformations projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate must have NBFC/ Banking experience

Graduate in any discipline
