Job Description

  • Should have good exposure in MS Dynamics CRM to perform the job role satisfactorily
  • Should have done end to end implementation
  • Good communication skills and positive attitude
  • Should have experience in plugins, forms, reports, customization, work flows etc.
  • Hands on experience in case management, service request and custom service module is required
  • Perform CRM customization and development as per the requirement
  • Exposure in customization and configuration in MS Dynamics CRM/ MS Dynamics 365
  • Should have experience in identifying, tracking and solving CRM issues
  • Should have handled the complete life cycle implementation of CRM
