Designation: Jr. Business Development Executive

Job Timing:
10 AM to 8 PM (Flexible timing) (Flexible working hour policy, so one can alter their starting and/or
end time of workday. But it is necessary that one complete their daily 9 working hours (excluding any
kind of breaks).

Salary Details:

0 to 120 days training: - 5000 INR stipend per month
After completion of training for the 1st year 2,70,000 LPA to 3,60,000 LPA CTC*
(Decided based on interview performance)
For 2nd Year up to 30% hike based on 1st year performance
(Note: - PF & ESIC will be deducted as per government rules)

Bond/ Other Conditions:

Sign paper bond for 2 years of employment (excluding training) with below condition.
Submit security Deposit of 50,000/- INR which will be returned with interest after successful completion
of 2 years of employment.

Requirements

Education:

BE-IT/CS, B.Tech-IT, MCA, MSc-IT, MBA (Marketing)
Verbal and written Proficiency in English
Communication, Confidence, Documentation, English Proficiency, Negotiation

Responsibilities and Duties:

Look for innovative ways to generate leads
Find right contact person and right contact details to call, email, and chat to offer solution
Propose right solutions for the needs of customers in precise and accurate way
Manage CRM and provide reports on daily and weekly basis
Email marketing and Follow up based on collected email IDs and response from leads
Cold calling and follow up
Bidding on various bid portals
Convert Prospects into Clients
Build Effective Sales Pitch and Sales Collateral
