Job Summary
1. Managing the team of Sales engineers & Sales coordinator to achieve the desired results
2. Execution of the Marketing plan developed for this division
3. Handling the entire M&M relationship for Retail Business.
4. Jointly work with Mahindra Powerol team for promotion of Mahindra Powerol Brand with consultants / architects /electrical contractors etc.
5. Work jointly with M&M team for developing Institutional business in our territory
6. Generate monthly MIS reports for Management including Sales, Enquiries, lost order reports.
7. Co-ordinate with M&M Digital Marketing team & provide updates.
8. Representing our Organization in all meetings with Mahindra Powerol.
9. Recruitment of the team members.
DGM being Profit Center head is responsible for entire activities of this division including following but not restricted to:
1. To handle Sales & Marketing of Mahindra Powerol Gensets in Retail Market.
2. DGM will have to develop a Strategic Marketing Plan for Mahindra Powerol Gensets.
3. DGM should have the ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given.
1. Knowledge of Digital Marketing including the promotion of products thru Social media
2. Strategic thinking abilities to provide suggestions to Management beyond his/her domain
3. Mentor/guide the team
4. Capability to identify changes/improvements required in EGPL/Mahindra Policies and make a necessary presentation to top management
5. Thorough knowledge of MS Office and make PPT at M&M/Customer meets
6. DGM should be able to develop business and expand dealership beyond the present jurisdiction in a phased manner
7. We encourage candidates to make a long career with us and are looking for candidates who have minimum 5-7-year horizon with the Company.
Salary : 6 to 8 LPA
Qualification : Degree in Engineering Preferably Electrical/Mechanical
