Job Summary
HR Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Design compensation and benefits packages for employees
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annually)
- Recommend fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Manage employees grievances
- Create and run referral bonus programs
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
- Conduct background checks of employees before being hired
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- MBA in Human Resources
Work Experience: Fresher / 1 year
