Job Summary
    Associate Director - Instructional Design
  • Experience in designing innovative learning solutions from scratch based on client requirements
  • Takes consultative approach to offer solutions
  • Has knowledge of measuring effectiveness of learning solutions
  • Designs solutions that are engaging, effective and innovative
  • Previous experience in designing for game and simulation-based learning solutions
  • Self motivated and comfortable working with ambiguous requirements
  • Experience in developing bite-sized learning and designing for mobile learning
  • Expert Knowledge of Bloom Taxonomy and other adult learning principles
  • Creating proposals, design documents and development guidelines
  • Mentoring the content team, developing and providing training to the team
  • Knowledge on learning development life cycle
  • Knowledge on US CPE standards is desirable

  • The role requires someone who can manage a number of concurrent activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills.
