Poi And Roaming Engineer Job in Ericsson

Responsibility ! Proficient knowledge in CS Core nodes, POI management & roaming architecture Experience in HSS, HLR, STP, DRA MGW, MSS, GMSC, GMGW Multivendor experience is required. Preferably- Nokia, Oracle, Huawei & Ericsson nodes End to end Authentication, HSS, DRA & volte knowledge Coordination with other operators for POI connectivity & KPIs. Roaming related CR management, complaint management & tracking. Will be working in Circle Operations Flexibility to work 24*7 Operations and critical metric / Traffic monitoring for CS nodes & POI connectivity Daily activity coordination with SRF and align all shareholders for service testing & critical metric monitoring. Troubleshooting network & service level issues in Packet Core Raising SR with OEM, coordination with BO & other shareholders for solution. Circle CR, TT & WO handling. Daily CS/Paco Dashboard first level verification and advise on any KPI deviations. Supervise network hygiene - Coordination with PM team for various daily requirements.
