Job Summary

What you will do Be responsible for the coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support and for implementations of the change request in a timely and accurate manner by focusing on the allocation, implementation, configuration, activation and testing of specific services or resources. Change Introduction impact analysis Support. Support, Internal / External Service Catalogue Lifecycle Management. End to end Service Request; Planning, Execution, testing, status reporting & logging. Standard Change Handling, Feature Implementation. Perform Software Update/ Package FNI (First Node Implementation). System & Application Patch Introduction. SRF service KPI reporting, designing and implementation. Should be flexible to work 24*7. Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in compliance with Change-Management methodologies. Develop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training. Manage stakeholders. Supervise and report issues. Able to provide engineering expertise to troubleshoot, modify and engineer software solutions and configurations to ensure the product/solution performs within efficient design specifications. Able to investigate, debug and reproduce issues, provide fixes and workarounds and verify changes to ensure continued operability of the software solution. Contribute to meeting the SLAs and KPIs as applicable for the account and unit - for example, responsiveness, resolution, software quality, etc. Handle calls/bridges for ongoing Issues and update all stakeholders on progress/analysis/resolution. You will bring Degree in Software Engineering or similar. Solid Linux/Unix handling and Scripting (e.g. Shell, Python, Ansible) knowledge. Experience in container technologies e.g. Docker/Kubernetes. Meritorious is Oracle database experience and ITIL processes knowledge is a merit. Meritorious is to have proven track record from Mobile Commerce, online banking or the IT area of the financial sector. Knowing or having background in service operations (problem, event, incident mgmt.) and service transition (change and knowledge mgmt.) Experience and knowledge of Incident management, change-management principles, methodologies and tools. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships. Technical skills: Linux (Red Hat certified added advantage) and SQL knowledge. Added Advantages: Dockers and Kubernetes
